The Southwest Monsoon or Habagat is expected to affect Luzon and the western section of Visayas on August 15, 2026, the state weather bureau PAGASA said Friday.
In its 4 p.m. bulletin, PAGASA said Habagat is expected to bring occasional rains in Zambales and Bataan. Meanwhile, cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are expected over Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and the rest of Central Luzon and Antique.
Habagat is also forecast to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms expected in the rest of Luzon and Visayas.
