Murthal is synonymous with parathas, roadside dhabas and long drives, but one eatery in the Haryana food hub is adding something rather unexpected to the experience: a robot waiter. Resham Dhaba has introduced a robot that delivers food directly to customers’ tables, turning an otherwise familiar dhaba stop into a mini tech spectacle.
The unusual waiter has quickly become an attraction in itself. Customers have been pulling out their phones to record videos and take selfies with the robot as it moves around the restaurant. Children, in particular, have reportedly been fascinated by the machine, making the food-serving robot almost as much of an attraction as the food.
