Horizon operates industrial and logistics parks and has positioned itself to benefit from India’s growing demand for warehousing and industrial infrastructure. However, investors will also need to consider the company’s debt levels and profitability profile.
The company has also raised around Rs 1,167.75 crore from anchor investors ahead of the public issue.
Lalithaa Jewellery Mart IPO: Rs 1,700 Crore
